Terence Ng is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TES, bringing over 20 years of experience in the environmental sector. Before establishing TES in 2005, Terence served as the Director of Engineered Products & Services Pte Ltd, Engineered Products & Services Sdn Bhd, and Ditron Engineering Sdn Bhd. He currently serves on the boards of several private companies around the world, further demonstrating his expertise and leadership in the industry.
Terence’s extensive background in the environmental sector has helped shape TES’ mission and commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
Eric Ingebretsen is the Chief Commercial Officer at TES, with responsibility for the company's global sales and marketing efforts. He's passionate about harnessing the power of storytelling to align teams and achieve the company's growth targets.
Before joining TES, Eric held leadership positions in marketing and business development at several companies, including SkyTel, Eaton Aerospace, Arrow Electronics and C Spire. His experience in sales and marketing has given him a deep understanding of how to create and implement effective strategies that drive business growth. With his expertise, Eric is well-equipped to lead TES' commercial efforts and help the company achieve its goals while maintaining its commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
Jae Sang is responsible for providing strategic leadership in finance, asset and capital management, risk management, governance, as well as stakeholder and investor relations
His passion and extensive experience in digital transformation has driven many businesses through continuous improvement and growth. Before joining TES, Jay served as vice president, head of global business for SK magic and SK networks, following his role as chief financial officer for SK Securities. He earned his Ph.D. from Emory University.
Thomas Holberg is the Chief Operating Officer at TES, responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the business and supporting the delivery of high quality services to our clients.
With over 25 years of experience in the e-waste and ITAD industry, Thomas joined TES following the acquisition of Dataserv Group in 2016, where he was the Group Chief Operating Officer and co-shareholder after a Management Buyout in 2006.
Prior to joining Dataserv, Thomas worked in various leadership roles for major waste management companies in Germany. His extensive experience in the industry and knowledge of ITAD and battery operations make him a valuable addition to TES' leadership team.
John Jonghun Oh is the Chief Strategy Officer at TES, with responsibility for driving organizational growth and success through innovative strategic planning, business development and effective execution. He is passionate to drive transformative initiatives that shape a future of sustainable growth and unparalleled success of TES.
Prior to his position at TES, John served as Vice President, Head of Waste lab for SK Ecoplant, following his role as Director of Korean Ministry of Environment, specialized in circular economy, integrated water resources management and ESG management. John Jonghun Oh earned his masters degree from Copenhagen University.
Steve Graham is the Vice President of TES' Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. He's responsible for managing and expanding TES' European IT Lifecycle Services business through a strategy of organic and acquisitive growth.
With a breadth of market knowledge across the full market spectrum, Steve has a particular focus on providing end-to-end services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and channel providers. He specializes in deploying and configuring IT and telecom products into regions to support customer demand, making him a valuable addition to TES' leadership team in Europe. With his expertise, Steve is well-equipped to drive TES' growth in the EMEA region and ensure the company remains a leader in sustainable technology lifecycle solutions.
Alice Huang co-founded TES in 2005 and serves as the President of TES China, overseeing strategic planning, operational management, and business development in the region.
