What's the day-to-day of your role like?
I focus on generating valuable leads for TES’s ITAD sector. I do a lot of market research and identify new business opportunities. Apart from that, I aim to not only engage new companies with our ITAD Program but also to convince them to standardize their global ITAD processes by simultaneously complying with sustainability directives and reporting. Apart from that I visit expos and events to spread TES’s brand message.
Why did you join TES?
I always felt my heart beating to contribute to planet earth in my day-to-day working life. I wanted to pair my passion for business development with sustainable business practices.

What is your favorite film?
I have enjoyed a lot of good movies. One of the movies I really love is “The Notebook”
What is your favorite saying?

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
I would love to visit New Zealand since I am sure I will be flabbergasted by the breath-taking landscapes.
What do you like to do to unwind?
Sports like Kickboxing and deep work relax me. Apart from that I meditate regularly to keep my mind calm and focused.
What's the most unique aspect of working in TES?
Working with colleagues who share the same passion for sustainable business programs and practices. Also, the family-like business environment is very pleasant at TES.
What does it mean to you to work for an organization that is sustaining tomorrow?
Working for an organization that supports other companies to achieve their sustainability goals gives me a very good feeling. The Technology Lifecycle programs of TES that include reusing and repurposing electronic assets and batteries, as well as recycling end-of-life assets, show the commitment to “sustaining tomorrow”. This is certainly work that is tied to a higher purpose.
