What's the day-to-day of your role like?
Every day is different. Some days, it is focussing on clients; other days, it is focussing on process improvements.
Why did you join TES?
I got a sense of the great culture from Eric Ingebretsen, and was happy to learn it is, in fact, a great culture where everyone pulls together to take care of the client while taking care of TES.

My wife and I have been married for 30 years.

Trust but verify.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
Croatia because I have not been there yet and have heard wonderful things about there.
What do you like to do to unwind?
Golf, Boating, Tennis, Gardening, and Snow Skiing
What do you like about working for TES?
The most unique aspect is the people. Everyone has been so genuine, sincere, and really cares about each other. It makes for a much nicer environment to work in compared to other places I have been.
What does it mean to you to work for an organization that is focused on sustaining tomorrow?
It means I can do something meaningful for our future.
