Terence Ng
Executive Chairman
Terence is the Founder and Executive Chairman of TES. He has over two decades of experience in the environmental sector.
Prior to establishing TES in 2005, he was the Director of Engineered Products & Services Pte Ltd, Engineered Products & Services Sdn Bhd, and Ditron Engineering Sdn Bhd. Terence currently serves on the boards of several private companies all over the world.

Gary Steele
Group Chief Executive Officer
Gary has overall responsibility for business strategy, communicating with stakeholders, championing corporate social responsibility (CSR) and ensuring the senior leadership team is positioned to excel.
He has a strong passion for people supported by extensive experience in leading business teams through periods of continuous growth and improvement. Gary joined TES following the acquisition of his ITAD business, JRI. Prior to JRI, Gary founded VOX Solutions, focusing on the insurance replacement market by helping insurers seamlessly manage IT and mobile phone claims. Eric Ingebretsen
Group Chief Commercial Officer
Eric has responsibility for TES’ global sales and marketing efforts. He has a deep passion for harnessing the power of storytelling and aligning teams to hit the company’s growth targets.
Prior to TES, Eric held leadership positions in marketing and business development at SkyTel, Eaton Aerospace, Arrow Electronics and C Spire.
Jae Sang Lee
Group Chief Financial Officer
Jae Sang is responsible for providing strategic leadership in Group finance, asset and capital management, risk management, governance, as well as stakeholder and investor relations
His passion and extensive experience in digital transformation has driven many businesses through continuous improvement and growth. Before joining TES, Jay served as vice president, head of global business for SK magic and SK networks, following his role as chief financial officer for SK Securities. He earned his Ph.D. from Emory University.
Stuart Hebron
Group Chief Information Officer
Stuart's goal is to leverage technology to address evolving business challenges and deliver real-world solutions. This goal has been constant throughout his IT business leadership positions, focusing on the navigation, strategic development and implementation of complex solutions, focused on operational excellence and high-value outcomes.
In the last 12 years, Stuart been influential and instrumental in the growth of TES, applying a broad and deep understanding of technology, systems, processes and best practices.

Thomas Holberg
Global Vice President of Battery Operations
Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the e-waste and ITAD industry and joined TES following the acquisition of Dataserv Group in 2016 where he was Group COO and also co-shareholder after an MBO in 2006.
Before he joined Dataserv, Thomas worked in various leadership roles for major waste management companies in Germany.
Steve Graham
Vice President, EMEA
Steve is responsible for managing and expanding our European IT Lifecycle Services business through a strategy of organic and acquisitive growth.
Bringing with him a breadth of market knowledge across the full market spectrum, Steve has a particular focus on providing end-to-end services to OEMs and channel providers, deploying and configuring IT and telecoms products into regions to support customer demand.
